1 Introduction & Acceptance

Krykia (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "the Platform") is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Krykia.

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

Krykia's services are strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

In addition, the following categories of individuals are not permitted to use Krykia:

• Residents of countries or regions where online betting is prohibited by law
• Krykia employees or their immediate family members
• Users who have voluntarily registered for self-exclusion

4 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when betting on Krykia. Any bets placed outside these Terms & Conditions will not be accepted.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless Krykia decides to void it for a specific reason.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled before it begins, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Krykia is not liable for any issues arising from internet disconnection during live betting.
• Displayed odds may change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, Krykia reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Maximum bet limits per match may apply and can vary by account.

If match-fixing or any fraudulent activity is suspected, Krykia reserves the right to place the relevant bets under investigation and withhold payment until a final decision is reached.

5 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following terms and conditions apply to all financial transactions on Krykia:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, it will be resolved within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes to 3 hours. Additional time may be required if verification is needed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your name. Payments to third-party accounts will not be processed.
• To prevent money laundering, KYC verification is mandatory for transactions above a specified amount.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Krykia offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. These terms and conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements. Please read the terms carefully before accepting any bonus.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• To withdraw winnings earned using bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirements must be met.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• Krykia reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• In any bonus-related dispute, Krykia's decision shall be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Krykia and may result in permanent account closure:

• Placing bets using software, bots, or any automated methods.
• Attempting to hack an account or log in using another person's credentials.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Opening an account using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Engaging in fraudulent conduct toward other users.
• Threatening or abusive behavior toward Krykia staff.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Krykia reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is breached.
• If evidence of fraud or suspicious activity is found.
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months).
• At the user's own request for self-closure.

You may close your account at any time by submitting a request to support@krykia.biz. If there is a valid balance at the time of closure, it will be returned after verification.

9 Limitation of Liability

Krykia always strives to deliver the highest quality service; however, our liability is limited in the following areas:

• Losses caused by internet connectivity issues.
• Delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unexpected server downtime or technical issues.
• Issues arising from the user's own negligence (e.g., sharing a password).

Krykia does not guarantee any betting outcomes. Betting is a risk-based activity, and you are assumed to be placing bets knowingly and entirely at your own risk.

10 Right to Amend & Contact

Krykia reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, registered users will be notified in advance via email.
